Do you like to spend some down time on the web playing games and such? If that is the case then you need to know about this fun new online video game that I recently found out about. You see it is called Dungeon Runners and one of the things that I love about it so much is that they have these magical little things in the game called Bling Gnomes.

I know, Bling Gnome is really a hysterical name, right? Well, in the game you get bling gnomes and then they eat the unwanted items that you have and then they take a ‘golden squat’ which turns the unwanted items into gold. Man, I wish I could find a bling gnome in real life, right! Being inspired by the bling gnome, I took this funny little garden gnome that I have and bling him out in the spirit of Dungeon Runners bling gnomes. You can see him in the pics. Now, if I could just get him to do that golden squat thing! I noticed that a couple of interesting Young Adult fantasy books came out this past week. On Tuesday, July 8th these two books came out:

• Inheritance Cycle Omnibus: Eragon and Eldest by Christopher Paolini (Knopf)
• Encyclopedia Mythologica: Fairies and Magical Creatures by Matthew Reinhart and Robert Sabuda (Candlewick)

Inheritance Cycle Omnibus: Eragon and Eldest (The Inheritance Cycle) is a paperback of the first two books of the Inheritance series. No doubt this is to beef up interest in the upcoming Book Three of the Inheritance series - Brisingr on September 20, 2008.

Encyclopedia Mythologica: Fairies and Magical Creatures is a hardcover book by the author most known for his pop-up books.

Cause no one wants to review already published books. They just don’t. So, be sure to read up on ARCs and do not skip over doing them.
