As a kid I remember getting books from the local library that featured people like fire fighters and police men and women and paramedics. As a kid those types of jobs always seemed like something that would be a good job since you got to help people. I suspect that there were a lot of other kids at the local library that read those very same books and that had those very same thoughts. And for some kids those thoughts never go away and those kids get to be adults and end up needing to get some training on how to be a fire fighter or how to be a paramedic.

Our department used the emsjane videos and I would not advise anyone to use it. The npi videos are outdated, long and boring. There is no value in the information. I’ve used a few other providers that I like a lot better.
